Manhattan Town Center Response On March 11th, 2025, The Manhattan Mercury published a short article as a response to an interview RockStep Capital owner, Andy Weiner, had with News Radio KMAN’s Mike Matson. The newspaper only captured a fragment of the 53-minute interview and of course caused some chatter about the projected capacity opportunity at Manhattan Town Center. Thank you for this opportunity to share exciting updates that were included in that interview! Find the full listen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K6pKaYEg7VE. We are grateful for their continued commitment to Manhattan Town Center. On top of that, we’re thrilled to welcome Witch Craft A Maker’s Market, opening in July 2025 as a space for local artisans and makers. Ongoing and Future Growth Our anchor stores like Dillard’s, JCP, and AMC continue to provide strong retail foundations, while brands like American Eagle, Claire’s, Ulta, Francesca’s, and many others ensure our diverse offering remains fresh and exciting. And, of course, we can’t forget our beloved local favorite, Mrs. Powell’s Cinnamon Rolls, which has been a staple at MTC for almost 30 years. Looking ahead, we are also planning for exciting community-focused events such as a K-State tailgate event and Small Business Saturday showcase. These initiatives reflect our commitment to both our local businesses and visitors, fostering a thriving community space. A Vibrant Community Hub With growing retail options, events, and our continued engagement with local and national brands, Manhattan Town Center is more than just a shopping center—it’s a community hub. Whether you’re attending an event, shopping with us, or exploring seasonal offerings, we are excited to welcome you to Manhattan Town Center. Shopping malls of America may look different today than they did 25+ years ago, but this hometown property is one of the survivors! As retail landscapes continue to change, Manhattan Town Center is proud to adapt and stay relevant. Thank you to our local investors and staff that work tirelessly on this initiative! Stay tuned for more updates including events and new leasing opportunities! We are committed to continuously enhancing our community space for both residents and visitors alike.
