To ensure everyone’s experience is positive, we’ve established a Code of Conduct that outlines expectations for behavior while on the property. Please remember, Manhattan Town Center is private property open for public use. As such, management reserves the right to amend this Code at any time, and violations may result in removal from the premises or criminal trespass prosecution. A Few Ground Rules to Help Everyone Enjoy Their Visit: We kindly ask for your cooperation and courtesy by observing the following: ✅ Respectful Behavior Disorderly, disruptive, threatening, or unsafe behavior—based on the sole judgment of management—is not allowed. Use of obscene or vulgar language, gestures, or ethnic slurs is strictly prohibited. All guests must be fully clothed in attire that is not offensive or inappropriate. 🐾 Pets & Service Animals Only authorized service animals, properly identified, are allowed. Other pets must be approved by mall management in advance. 🚫 No Vandalism or Soliciting Damaging or defacing mall property is not tolerated. Soliciting, distributing flyers, or advertising without approval is prohibited. 🚲 Safe Movement For everyone’s safety, skating, skateboarding, scooters, bicycles, and Heelys are not allowed inside the mall (exceptions may apply under ADA guidelines). Loitering, blocking walkways, or interfering with guest traffic is also not permitted. 🚮 Clean & Considerate Please dispose of trash in designated receptacles. Illegal dumping, or digging through trash containers, is prohibited. Personal belongings should not be left unattended—they may be searched or removed for safety reasons. 🔇 Noise & Media Playing music, instruments, or similar noise-producing devices is prohibited unless approved. Taking photos or videos of the property, store fronts, guests, or events requires prior authorization. 🚷 Additional Prohibited Activities Possessing alcohol outside designated businesses or event areas. Staging protests or unauthorized public events. Bringing in or displaying weapons or dangerous objects of any kind, unless by law enforcement on duty. Smoking or vaping anywhere on mall property. Violating any federal, state, or local law while on the premises.
